My name is Richard and I am a qualified personal trainer. I have always had a strong interest in health and fitness, and am now working to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with others. That could be you!


I have an advanced diploma in personal training, which I achieved through Premier Training – one of the leading providers of fitness related and CPD courses. Recently qualified, I have the most up-to-date training in methodology, technique, nutrition and wellbeing.


I chose to pursue personal training as a career after using a personal trainer myself for many years, and reaping the benefits of such. I have many qualities that make me the perfect candidate for the important job of being your personal trainer. I am keen to help you achieve your goals and consider myself knowledgeable and enthusiastic – two key attributes in this field! As a young, bubbly person, you will find me easily approachable and willing to assist with enquiries and providing you with relevant information. I am creative in training, using many new and fun techniques to achieve results fast, whilst making training enjoyable. My recent training keeps me current with market trends and new up-and-coming practices; none of these out-of-date old-school ideas!


On a personal level, my own training consists of a mixture of cardio and strength exercises. I enjoy spinning and running, as well as hard weight sessions, circuits and cross-fit training. My newly-found interest is boxing; a great way to get in shape, build strength and increase stamina. I also play competitive football on a regular basis.

As all individuals have different requirements and there are no two plans the same, I price my training on an individual basis. The pricing reflects the intensity and type of training, whilst accommodating travelling distance, duration and frequency. As a guideline, pricing starts at £30 per hour.
